A Dedicated Support Engineer (DSE) is essentially a ‘go to’ technical resource for a single Premier customer. In my case, I work with my customer on a dedicated basis helping them on projects, creating custom tools, providing them with customized training, and also helping to troubleshoot problems that come up. If you are interested in having your own dedicated engineer that will be your Microsoft ‘go to’ resource, DSE just may be the right choice for you
