1. Start -> Run -> cmd -> cd %allusersprofile%\application data\microsoft\identitycrl\production-> Del *.dll
cmd -> cd %appdata%\microsoft\identitycrl\production-> del *.dll
2. Restart the Computer
3. Disable & Enable the Local Area connection.
