We worked on an issue where launching help from within the Visual Studio IDE throws an error message “Microsoft Document Explorer cannot be shown because the specified help collection ‘ms-help://MS.MSDNQTR.v90.en’ is invalid”. This message was throw whether the help was set in the VS IDE to external or integrated help
