We’ve heard the feedback that some of you are having a hard time finding games in matchmaking with MW2 since Tuesday’s update.  If those of you with this problem can answer a few questions it’ll help us get to the bottom of things.   Please leave a comment and answer the following questions:   1.

Choosing the right number of hard drives and the correct RAID (redundant array of independent disks) configuration when you design your database server can save you a lot of time. If you make a mistake, changing the RAID configuration and moving the database to correct any problems on a deployed server will cause long downtimes and consume IT resources. In fact, we have known people who have purchased new servers in order to mitigate the downtime of deploying a new disk subsystem

If you’re not sure what security only crawl is, please see some of my earlier post on this subject. It’s much easier to troubleshoot security only crawls now that we have included Security Updates category within the crawl log in SharePoint 2010! For example, now I can easily spot the incremental crawl at 11:03 AM was a security only crawl:     Just wanted to point this out and provide a heads-up that some of the advanced troubleshooting techniques from the past can now be avoided.   Thanks Colin for supplying the pic
