Oxford Computer Group (OCG to their friends) are running a free seminar on “Business Ready Security for Education, including Identity & Access Management”, at our campus in Reading on Thursday 6th May 2010. OCG are a long-standing Microsoft partner who do a lot of work with universities on managing digital identity across a campus network connected to web services.

What a Week! Windows Phone 7 Series Has Hit a Homerun

Well, Microsoft made the big announcement on Monday and the dust has settled! I’ve briefed several of my customers and they all love the direction we are taking with the O/S, UI and the integrated experiences (XBOX Live, etc). Next week, I’m switching gears a little to discuss some of the great things Windows phone 6.5 brings to the table <today> and some of the cool devices that are on the horizon

Enterprise Library 5.0 preview video posted

The talk Bob and I gave at the p&p Redmond summit in October is now available for online viewing. Windows Phone @ TechEd : HOLs & Interactive Theatres

Here is part 2 of answering the question "I want to get across as much of Mobility & Windows Mobile as I can this year, what are the sessions I should attend, and how do they fit together?" Along with the break-out sessions at TechEd, there are also Hands-on-Labs(HOLs) being run, plus on the Showcase floor there will be some smaller/shorter sessions in the Interactive  Theatres. Here’s a listing of the sessions in the Interactive Theatre, so you know which Mobility ones to look out for.

PDC 2009 – More sessions added

Overnight it looks like there are a whole load more sessions which have appeared on the PDC site, including a number of sessions for Windows Azure.
