Lorsqu’un client a un problème particulier ou même lorsque les employées Microsoft (plus spécialement les consultants) ont un souci pointu avec un produit ou une technologie, ils font appel aux équipes support, ces personnes qui connaissent les produits aussi bien que ceux qui les ont créées.

Ja, es ist wahr: Windows Phone 7 wird ab jetzt als Produktbezeichnung ohne das zusätzliche “Series” im Namen stehen. Der Grund: es ist kürzer, verständlicher, bietet weniger Grund zur Nachfrage ob der Bedeutung von “Series” … wir haben auf das Feedback unserer Kunden gehört und hoffen, das findet allseitige Zustimmung.

Nach dem dankenswerten Hinweis eines Kollegen möchte ich kurz auf diese Tatsache hinweisen: In der “PDA Phones”-Kategorie der Bestenliste bei der renommierten Fachzeitschrift für (mobile) Geräte “ connect ” sind aktuell drei Windows Phones unter den ersten vier Geräten – und zwar die Samsung-Geräte “Giorgio Armani B7620”, “Omnia Pro B7610” und “Omnia II I8000”.
