As you may know, the Microsoft TechDays Conference took place in Montreal last week and we have landed an interview with Louis-Philippe Pinsonneault, a local Montreal developer.  He is a really nice guy and a great developer.  I was very happy to finally meet him in person after chatting with him over email on several occasions.

I can’t believe that TechDays is already there. In 3 weeks, we will be in Toronto (October 25-26) to start the tour. After Toronto, we will go in Vancouver (November 15-16) and Montreal (November 29-30) to give you a full two days of awesoness around the technology you love

It seems our live meeting friends have a bug on their website that makes it confusing to enter a 2007 live meeting using IE9 Beta. Every time you go to the website you are told that you must install Live Meeting 2007 Client (even if you already have it installed) This is the solution I came too:   Firstly click “Accept, Install and Join” even if you already have Live Meeting Client..   You will then see a pop up at the bottom of the screen.

  Few months ago I had the pleasure to spend few days in Antwerp, Belgium, where I participated to the local TechDays event and gave a couple of sessions . Katrien recently announced that the Belgian DPE team just published the videos of all the sessions , which is a great move since the event was exceptionally good.

Gerd Debruycker is an event veteran at Microsoft. He has been driving many events succesfully amongst which Tech Ed and many others. Finally Gerd started to blog.

Коллеги, последний квартал был настолько напряженный, что я только сейчас нашел время оглянуться, и написать, что же было добавлено мною и моими друзьями в новый сайт techdays этой зимой и весной.
